Default Singer Quantum Futura CE200

I just bought a Singer quantum futura CE-200 a few weeks back. I've
started doing some embrodery with it, and am getting a flashing red
light, consistently. I've checked everything I know, and I can't get
the error to go away. And Singer's support site isn't much help,
either. But, I have noticed that the error only happens with the
embrodery attachment. This was my main use for the machine.
Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, what did you do about it?
Thanks for any help you might can give.
Chris Bearden
