Default thrift shopping other OT

Hi all,
Hope all are well, sending good vibes to any and all who need
them.Praying for all our troops, and vets this Memorial Day Weekend. and
for safe travels where ever we go.

Thrift stores, have shopped them forever, clothes, toys for the kids when
they outgrow stuff fast it is alot cheaper and all clothes are prewashed
so no shrinking.
I have about 90% of my house is full of stuff I got secondhand,
yardsales, thrift stores,flea markets.great buys.about the only thing I
will not buy used is underware, and opened make-up!!
I have found new items in box with store tag,and given them to others as
gifts. Here at Goodwill they get alot of stuff from Target ,new items
they did not sell, its a tax write off for Target and deals for us!.

Missing items, the last time was just a few weeks ago, waffles for
breakfast, butter and syrup, after eating went to put the syrup back in
the cabinet and what was sitting there ? the butter of course!!

big oops-- when the #3 child was about 5 months old ,Christmas day, we
packed the car to leave grandmas house and didn't know we had only 2
kids in the car!!I had her in her car seat in the house, I thought he
had put her in the car, he thought I had put her in the car.
till we got in our drive way, it was about a 30 min drive away, the
phone was ringing as we went inside and I sent their dad straight back
to get her.
Grandma said we had left "a package" they didn't think they were
supposed to keep!!!!
I think the other kids were hoping they would keep her, cause they never
said anything!

Yahoo groups- can someone send me an invite,or tell me how to get on
there, just want to see how it is, but I'm staying here.the" others"
with nothing better to do then send trash, don't scare me off.
Have a safe and happy weekend.
Jenny
