New idea for RCB need input:)

Okay, I'm working out some guidelines for this idea, and although there are one
or two things I can't see a way to regulate, I really do think this could
happen. I made a yahoo group just for this purpose, and once I'm all set with
the details, I'll post it here, so thst people who are interested can join.
Membership IS restricted, and it is NOT listed in yahoo groups. This is so
random folks browsing groups lists can't join the group and get the deals meant
for the RCBers.
It's coming along, and thank you to those who responded to my initial posting
