Cool! Is it easy to find?


Yes it is. I know that IJS carries it and I believe
Rio has started carrying it also. But I can't swear to
it. I always order enough to make 3 or 4 gallons
at a time. That way I don't run out. If you keep
the bottle sealed after you mix it up (I use two
1/2 gal. juice bottles) it lasts pretty much forever.
Just the stuff left in the pickle bowl eventually goes
south.
Now that all juice comes in plastic bottles, I'm
not certain what I will do if I break one of my glass
bottles. It will break down the plastic, and you
can't store it in metal (that will break down the
pickle!).
