OT - APOD website

If any of you don't already know this website (Astronomical Picture of
the Day), you might find today's picture interesting.

I love the way you can trace transportation routes such as Hwy 11 in
Ontario or the Tran-Siberian Railway route by following the string of
lights. You can often tell how densely an area is populated by the
lights - just look at the Nile Valley.

I use one of the pictures from the site (the blue marble Earth from
space) as my desktop picture.
