Default beginner's question

Ok,
It might listen stupid but I would like someone to descibe to me the steps that I follow after I have finished the baking of my clay. What should I do? How do I give that shine I see in the pictures?
thanx,pfless

You probably need to sand and polish to get the shine that you are thinking of. Otherwise, there are various glazes you can use on polymer clay for a shiny finish.

Check out http://www.glassattic.com/polymer/sanding_tumbling.htm and http://www.glassattic.com/polymer/finishes.htm for a place to start.

Good Luck!

its not a stupid question at all! Im glad you asked...
There are several ways to get a nice shine on the pieces...
You can sand with wet dry sandpaper .. working your way up to the grits
numbered like 1,000. Then buff. You can sand and then coat with Future floor
acrylic or Flecto Varathane varnish.
At www.glassattic.com there is a wealth of information about how to finish
pieces, but if you have more questions please dont hesitate to come ask
here.
