Hi Group!
What is your favorite charity to contribute your craft items to?
(IF you do, that is)

I don't donate any knitted items at the moment, but my mother in law =
does. She knits jumpers and blankets for Oxfam.

I found a link on a website for when I have some spare time though which =
I thought a worthwhile cause. Making knitted burial gowns for premmie =
babies that didn't make it. Might seem a little morbid admitedly, but my =
mum had to make a burial gown for a tiny family member once, and it =
remember how heartbreaking it was.

My favourite charities that I donate my crafts to would be Guardian
Angel (preemie outfits) and also Sunnybrooke Hospital Veteran's wing
for lapghans.

I make blankets and preemie burial gowns for Cuddles, hats for the local
preemie unit, and cat snuggles for the RSPCA shelter.

A scrap yarn lapghan that gets used by the local homeless cat shelter
for the kitties to snuggle in. I usually make mine about 36" square.

Hmm, my favorite charity to contribute my craft items is The Ships Project.

But I also donate baby items to our local hospital, and I've done blankets
for Project Linus.

Great question, looking forward to reading all the answers.

Peace,
