Unless MB is screwing up the approvals, this person faked it in order
to advertise here for something that is not allowed.

They didn't fake the headers, however I was conflicted about this
one, and sent them the following message when I posted it:

"I have posted your ad to rec.crafts.jewelry.
In future advertising, please remember to prepend "ADVERT: " to the
subject line, so that it will be easy for group members to avoid them if
they wish. This is required by the group charter.

Rec.crafts.jewelry if for jewelers, not for the general public, so
we may not be willing to post general advertising like this in the
future. Advertising _to_ jewelers is more on topic -- things like
jewelers' tools, sources for stones, etc. "
