6x6 questions (in advance for november)

Hi,

I missed the sign up for October's 6x6, so I am asking questions so I can be
prepared for November's 6x6.

1. What materials and yarn weight do you knit the squares in? acrylic, worsted weight?
2. Are there patterns available, or should I just consult my stitch book?
3. Can we do cables or lacework?

Acrylic, and worsted weight is the 'preferred' yarn, but check with your
assigned partner. You may also request what YOU would 'like'.

2. Are there patterns available, or should I just consult my stitch
book?

You make make your 6x6's however YOU wish, your partner doesn't have a
'say'... so if you like to knit, or like to crochet, do what YOU find
easiest.

3. Can we do cables or lacework?

Absolutely!
