I have to pick just one???


I'm with Sandy on this one - there are lots of parts I like. Picking
out fabric and imagining how it will all go together, admiring the
finished top and imagining it quilted, doing the quilting and taking out
the @%%$ basting safety pins, hand sewing the binding with the quilt
spread out over my lap, giving it to the recipient and/or sharing at a
guild meeting.... I guess I'm hooked!

My favorite part is the last stitch of the binding and thennnnn......
tossing it wide open out on the big floor and seeing my accomplishment.
Yep, I love that feeling of another quilt being finished and ready to go
on it's way.

Default my favorite thing

I like trying new things so my favorite part of quilting is making the
first few blocks to judge how my idea will work. Problem is that I too
often stop when I know the idea will work. Is it a UFO if it was an
experiment in the first place?
