From your site's opening page's very first line:

!doctype html public "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"
html dir="LTR" lang="en"

If you use a doctype, markup should validate to that doctype.
Otherwise, you shouldn't bother to use one.

Some of the code is also protected
which will provide errors in order to provide a certain level of site
security...
