There are many Yahoo groups devoted to minis, one has about 2000 members.
There's another group called Small Stuff which started a long, long time ago
and that is a large group. These groups offer digests of daily posts and
there's lots of questions and answers and lots of info.

Newsgroups are difficult for some people to get the hang of using and if
they don't hide their email addy's they will get a lot of spam. I know, I
had to abandon an email addy of mine that I used when I joined this group a
lot of years ago. And then there are the trouble making trollers, something
that seems to be rampant in newsgroups. I don't go into the computer
newsgroups anymore because of them.

I guess the answer to why there's so few posts in this group is that there
are so many other options available.

Personally I haven't found a forum for mini's that I particularly like. Ummh,
actually that's not quite true - I used to use the one on the Dolls House
World site but that has been removed.

I will continue to visit here as it is obvious that people read it even if
they don't post (a bit like me really).

Also, I have nowhere to do my *dollshousing* ATM. My workshop was the
conservatory attached to the kitchen. This is being pulled down for a
kitchen extension. My new workshop will be in a new shed in the garden. It
all seems to be taking too long.

Sheds aren't just for the boys. This will be mine, all mine.
