A friend of ours has a nutrition degree and has worked in natural foods
for years. She gave us the downside to the praises of soy. Its is
helpful in small doses, however it is actually harmful to women's
hormones in larger doses. She seemed pretty upset about how its being
pushed.


I was reading about that. It's dangerous -- it mimics estrogen or something
like that. It can be encouraging to cancers, etc. Especially female-type
cancers. shudder
