SCC Fine Craft Show 2004

Opening reception: Friday, November 19, 6-9pm

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
The Sedgwick Cultural Center Fine Craft Show is open to artists who
create original work in all mediums. Kits and commercial patterns will
not be accepted.

ENTRY INFORMATION & FEE: $30
A non-refundable processing fee of $30, payable to Sedgwick Cultural
Center. Each entrant must submit three (3) quality slides correctly
labeled. Artist Statement of 50-100 words. You may attach a separate
sheet with application form.(Required with application)

Submit (3) color slides of current work that you plan to exhibit at
the show. The slides must be standard size 2"x2". Please mark top and
front of slides with the applicants name, title, view (front,back,
detail), and number of the slide as it corresponds to the application
form.
