Hiya!
I saw that show too, and thought the size seed beads used (for the
disply pieces) was waaayyy too tiny. I plan on using larger size beads
too. Actually, that was the most understandable tutorial on that
bracelet I have seen.

Yesterday on HGTV there was a lady on The Carol Duvall show that demonstrated
how to make a spiral bracelet. I have tried to do it a couple times but those
teeny, tiny seeds, well I just have a hard time working with them. So I'm
thinking about trying the 10/o beads to see if that makes a difference and if I
still can't work with those, I'm going to try some 6/o ones just to get the
technique down. It looks so darn simple and I just can't imagine not being
able to do it.

Also on another episode there was a woman who makes enameled jewelry pieces and
she said she bought this simple kiln many years ago to melt the ground up glass
and it cost her just $19 or $20 and that is what she still uses today to makes
her pieces. Anyway, I was really drawn to her stuff and it doesn't look all
that hard.
