There is also a product called Bubble Jet that you can purchase at your LQS.
It works very well.

I would use a transfer pencil to trace over the design and then iron it
on to the fabric. They are usually red and are frequently used for
embroidery. Just remember that your image will be reversed when you iron
it on, so you may need to use the transfer pencil on the back of your
printed pattern. The pencils are available at fabric stores and should
