Also has some funny L-shaped prongs that come forward in a V-shape

cast on--also, is the dial on this for selecting stitch patterns or
for stitch size. And if it is for selecting stitch patterns, how do I
go about utilizing it. If anyone has had any experience using this old
machine, I would welcome the help. It is mint in the box and ready to
knit...just have to figure out how!!!!! Many thanks in advance for any
input...Sincerely, France Martin
Hi
Just joined this forum and saw your entry although sometime ago!
I am in process of clearing out the loft and found my 'Knitmaster Instant' Knitting Machine which sounds a lot like yours. I want to reinstate it and need some casting on braid and other bits and pieces. As I remember the number dial is for selecting the tension. If you still need it I do have a manual which I can copy. Do you still have your machine?
Cheers
