i got this new puter with a network card and old one has a network card too.
so what kind of cable do i need to join the two and get the info off old
one?
bet i dont have one in the house but if i knew what i needed would be
helpful.
i love being able to ask for the right thing in those shops.
make me sound like i got a clue what i'm doing, eh, lol.

Just a possibility--could you take your old HD to a computer specialist
and see if anything can be recovered? I've been through this crisis, one
of the best reasons I can think of for backing up regularly! But I still
don't do it often enough, maybe three or four times a year.

Just got up and running with a new hard and had to reinstall
everything. As a result, I lost all my favorites. Could someone send
me some quilting links. A few weeks ago, I got one for a site that had
lots of quilt blocks. I used one to make a baby quilt.
