A book on an obscure technique?

A selection of fancy threads.

Those funky pins to mark counts.

Packages of needles.

A pair of scissors to travel with (under $10 = I don't care if I lose
them) on a lanyard.

Any help?

Linda

Adding on to Linda's great ideas, stitcher's magnet - there are so many nice
looking ones - that have a top/bottom and sandwhich your fabric, so they can
hold your needles, threader on top - make a great place for parking things.

Also, someone once gave me a whetstone specifcally for my embroidery
scissors.

Needle tugger, or little stitcher's clamp (like mini-hemostats)

Great hand lotion.

Stither's diary/journal. Stitcher's bookplates, labels for your finished
pieces.

Just some more ideas.
