She should put prices on the website...like me most people want that
info. in front of them and can't be bothered using the contact or
sending off an email and waiting for a reply.

I think she's hesitant on listing prices because everything she does is one
of a kind, and as such, it's difficult to give pricing. It all depends on
what a customer wants done, how fast, what materials are used (diamonds can
be expensive, so is gold), etc. Either way, I've passed your comment on.
