Yep, I put the holes in before they go in the oven. After I got them
shaped, I stuck them in the fridge for about 20 minutes, so they didn't
smoosh.

Um, yeah, I found my way over here after my clay addiction became
overwhelming I tried some lentils, too, although mine look more like
buttons (the edges aren't flat enough). Right now, they're in the
tumbler. If they look half-way decent when done and polished, I'll post
pics.
