Hi Rachel
Sounds like a little more mixing is required. I find that I can mix
colors more quickly by hand than with the pasta machine or a food
processor. Try this:

Roll out the partially mixed colored clay into a snake. Fold the
snake in half. (Fold it again if it's over 4" or so long.) Twist the
snakes tightly together, then roll it into a ball. Repeat the snake,
folding, twisting, and rolling into a ball steps until the colors are
mixed to your satisfaction. You'll get the hang of it quickly. I then
use the pasta machine to roll out a sheet and make certain that I've
got it where I want it.

Hope this helps! - Mary

Hi

I am mixing Super Sculpey (in the green box which is flesh colored)
and Cernit (white) to lighten the flesh color. Does anyone have any
tips on getting it blended thoroughly so that there are no 'white'
streaks. So far I put both in a food processor and got it all
crumbled up and then through a pasta maker over and over but still see
faint white streaks. Is there a quicker solution?

THANKS
Rachel
