Welllll, a quick Google on "International Amber Association"
brings up a buncha links (seven pages or so), including the artist
you're asking about. Looks like the organization is headquartered in
Poland and many of the other sites are in the Baltic region, where
much of the stuff is to be found, as well. Other than the org name
in English, the site's in Polish.
