OT Squash blossoms for frying
I posted this on rec.gardens a few days ago, but didn't get any response, so
I'm hoping one of you knowledgeable people know the answer :-)
I want to try frying squash blossoms - how big do I let the male blossoms
get before picking them for frying? Do you wait until they open? Seems
like they'd be easier to dip in batter & fry while still closed.
