Hi y'all,

I am almost finished with my sister's quilt (need one more border to sew
on) and I want to send this out to get quilted. I just have no time to
do this and I really would like to give it to her by X-mas.

Does any one know of a quilting service (other than Hooked on Quilts..
which is where it will be sent if I don't find another). I haven't
checked the LQS but I was looking more on the lines of recommendations.

I live in Burlington, MA at the moment.

The quilt is a Twin size quilt and I have a picture of the blocks (very
early stage) on my work in progress pages of my website. I would like to
have it stipple quilted in the center of the appliquéd squares and the
rest in a swirvy motion. It has a flying geese border (before the outer
border) and I would liked to quilt at ¼" from the edge and then a simple
design on the 4" outer border.

Does anyone have nay recommendations?? I would like to have someone
trust worthy do it.
Hooked on Quilts seems to have many happy customers but I was hoping for
something on the East Coast.

Thanks!

There is a shop right there in Burlington, MA. Laurena's Longarm Quilting, Rte 3, Burlington, MA. She does a fantastic job. If you take a class from her she also rents out her machines so you can machine quilt quilts yourself. I know you will be happy with her work.
