Wishing everyone on RCB - moms, moms-to-be, nurturers, Earth mothers,
goddeses - a very happy and loving Mother's Day.
For those of you whose moms are still here, make this the year that you
make
every day mother's day for her. Don't wait for one day of the year to tell
her you love her or show her you care. Spend as much time as you can with
her NOW because you never know when that time may end. If distance
separates
you, call her. Every day, if possible. And tell her, TELL HER, how much
she
means to you.
For those at odds with your mothers, this might be the time to resolve
those
differences. If you can't, I apologize, and didn't mean to offend.
This is my first mother's day without my mom here, and I'm missing her so
much. I still tell her every day that I love her and I'll be visiting her
Sunday with balloons and flowers to place at her headstone.
I told her every single day on the phone or in person that I loved her. I
have no regrets about that. She knew, and she loved me, too.

My mom, dead 3 years this past April, said "I love you" as I was hanging up
the phone with her. She had already said it once, I replied and she said it
again.
2 hours later, she dropped dead.
As Linda said, say it, say it often, let those be the last words you speak to
each other.
Thank you Mom, I love you. And thank you (again) to all of you for the
hardest work the world knows.
