You can see a picture of Diane Gaudynski's winning quilt on her webpage
above. Note the size. She has been using silk thread for her teeny, tiny
stippling and machine quilting. Her website is worth the time to poke
around. Lots of good information on quilting and some outstanding pictures!

Two tricks -- silk thread, and a magnifying glass. (Well, three. Lots and
lots of practice! LOL)

I love doing detailed quilting like that, but it sure sucks up a lot of
time. This "making a living" stuff sure gets in the way of a lot of my
projects! ;-)
