Fairfield batting

I just used it in a lap quilt...the person who quilted it said it quilted
just fine. It is much softer than an 80/20 quilt. Haven't washed it though
so can't tell you that.

I'd have to say, rotary cutter, mat, and ruler. Probably 45mm cutter, 24"
mat, and 6" x 24" ruler would be the basic tools.
