Here is a link to my May Blocks of the Month. Boy, did I ever have a
hard time with points on both of these! I must've done more UN-sewing than sewing on the pieced block, and it was almost as bad on the paper pieced one! http://community.webshots.com/photo/...46414451rqNcsW Carole in Northwest GA - Retired and loving it! I especially like the PP one. I had hoped to work on mine today but that
hasn't happened. -- Mary http://community.webshots.com/user/mardor1948 "Carole Doyle" wrote in message ... Here is a link to my May Blocks of the Month. I know how that "hoping" works - sometimes you just never get around to what you hoped to do. Carole in Northwest GA - Retired and loving it! Homepage - http://home.alltel.net/caroledoyle/ |

They look beautiful! The colors in that Paper Pieced one are just
stunning and the blue in the regular pieced one looks almost three dimensional! Great job! Dannielle |

These blocks are quite a challenge for me. I hope I will follow through and end up with enough blocks to put together a quilt for my mom. I was telling her about it and she said that she might not even be around anymore if I were only doing two blocks a month for a year! :) (She's a very healthy and feisty 84-year-old still living quite independently, driving, doing her own cleaning, cooking, and yardwork! I told her she'd probably still be around long after I was gone!) Carole in Northwest GA - Retired and loving it! Homepage - http://home.alltel.net/caroledoyle/ |

I think this will end up being a very lively quilt and I hope that if it ends up going to my mom, which I plan, it won't end up keeping her up at night!
