Plastic rods

Hello,
I'm looking for a clear plastic rod about the diameter of a broom
handle and at least 2 feet long. Is this something I'd be able to find
at AC Moore's or Michael's or a specialized bed/bath store? Any help
would be appreciated.

I'd try acrylic rod at a plastics store.
