Hi Folks,

Last time I'll pester you with this (honest)...

I have a bunch of pottery books for sale. The list is at:

I've lowered the prices a bit since the last time I posted this.

Thanks,

Have you tried listing them on eBay? You'll get a larger range of viewers.

Hi,

Even with your reduced prices, you're not competitive with Half.com or
other used book stores. I'm not in the market for any books, so this
suggestion isn't based on any possible personal gain.

Why don't you go to Half.com and list your books there. Anyone
seeking your titles could purchase them.

Good luck!

Thanks for the suggestion. Having used both Half.com and Ebay, I thought I'd try
this first rather than go through the listing process.

Anyway....

I just checked a few of my prices vs half.com.

On the the Pitelka "Clay" book, my price is $11 less than the cheapest one on
Half.

On Hopper's "Ceramic Spectrum", I'm right around their price.

On Burleson "Ceramic Glaze Handbook", my price is $12 less than their lowest.

On Birks "Potter's Companion", their prices run from $6.50 to $22, with most in
the $12 to $15 range. Mine is $15.

I'll stop there. Don't mean to sound defensive...but...I think my prices ARE fair
and in the ballpark. And if you read the verbage on top, I'm open to dickering and
will pay postage for multiple books. Half adds close to $3 for shipping.

No problem!! It's a real shame Randy as we are in the UK and of course
the postage will outweigh the benefits ........... Good luck anyway !
