Eyes, feet, and similar items are available from a number of the
woodcarving suppliers. try searching on "eyes" instead of feet.

I can buy them locally. I want to MAKE them, the feet. I was looking for a
mold that could be filled w some kind of putty with wires for support and
let it dry

Sorry, I misunderstood.

You could look for dead birds (quite common if you have west nile in
your area :} ) and make casts. Or, if they are the right size, ethnic
markets often have WHOLE chickens (including the feet).

No mold exists that I have ever read about. It would be better to buy than
to make them. Several books, Rick Butz' book, and several of the bird
specific books describe how to make feet. If a club is nearby, give them a
try or check around and ask some of the local carver's in your area.
