discovered a keyboard and, for our edification and amusement, submitted You want rec.crafts.beads. :) Did I miss something here? I don't recall the OP specifying a beaded bracelet - can no other bracelets be adjusted? (I'm just asking; I know my level of knowledge is much below that of the regulars in this group.) Blessed be, for sure... |

Who said anything about beads? She asked about "simple adjustable bracelet". Simple enough request I would think. -- Abrasha http://www.abrasha.com |

yeah, I got the same impression. Bead weavers and the like use the term
"patterns" when referring to instructions. Somehow, I just don't see a metalsmith using the same term. Sterling : She asked for a pattern, which implies beading. I could be wrong, but : she hasn't complained. : -- : Marilee J. Layman : http://mjlayman.livejournal.com |

Also, when you google for "adjustable bracelet pattern", the results are mostly beaded bracelets. Of corse, one could just use the patterns therein... Being a beadweaver, I can tell you that's because many work from other people's patterns -- actual bead by bead patterns. I have too many ideas of my own to make someone else's pattern. -- Marilee J.
