Also what I did with the drinking straws and a Shannon Hill bead can be seen

You have made a marvellous job of both.
Lovely!

I have got a straw cut ready to do but having difficulty in finding a
focal bead to use. So until I get one I cannot start since I do not know
which colours I will use. I have several shades of blue delica's so I am
leaning to a blue focal bead,
Hugs

What kind of beading do you do? Stringing, weaving, loomwork?

These are great, I especially love the straw thing. Refresh my memory, what
kind of straws did you use?

They're these hard squiggly plastic drinking straws. I found them at Dollar
Tree.
