I got my replacement Ott Lite
 

I posted in September that my three-year-old Ott Arial light broke at
its hinge. After seeing a picture, their customer service people told
me to send them the top of the lamp and they'd replace it.

I received the new lamp top some weeks ago. It even came with a bulb.
