Olympic Kiln relay failure problems

I have an Olympic Kiln model 2723E (electric) that is about three years old. It
has been through about 100 or so firing cycles and yesterday suddenly two of the
three electric relays failed. Has anyone else ever encountered relay failures
like this? It seems like the relays should last longer than 100 firings!

Thanks for any info.

100 firings seem a little short-lived. And both at the same time seems
suspicous. Did the relays fail closed or open? Have you taken the
relays apart? Maybe the moving arm melted or the contacts welded. Or
maybe the coil opened.
I'd be interested to find out.
