Just pulled from my groceries - gotta go mix it in with the other ones so honey does not get suspicious...
Looks to have some nice stuff in it :-) and only 4.99 in Canada. I'm used to paying at least 8.00 for anything like this.

Hi Sandra,

I had seen an ad for it, but will now start looking for it at the
market. Thanks for letting us know.

Hugs,

Nora

This is a little peek from the Lion Brand website about the mag. I am
going to B&N so I will look for it.
Thanks for the heads up.

Diane

I had picked it up at the grocery store the other day, but I was
somewhat disappointed. Too many "quickie" projects with fat yarn and
thick needles, very little of the kind of thing I like. Oh well, maybe
I'm just old and crabby (and already have too many patterns sitting in
my studio.)

I took a look through it in Joann's today, and wasn't interested. I
guess we're all different... BG

I looked through it at the bookstore today, and the only project
that really turned me on was the one for February, the heart pillows
with the eyelash yarn. Don't know if I'd ever make one or
not.......I've noticed how many of the new mags have all these
*quickie* projects. I guess a lot of people are more interested in
instant gratification projects, what a shame. I've also noticed a lot
of far out looking stuff that I would never make or wear, too weird for
me!

Hi,

I bought the magazine this afternoon and maybe it should be called Lion
Brands istead of Woman's Day. I didn't find any patterns made with any
other brand of yarn and I'm not that fond of all of theirs. The only one I
do love is Jiffy and there were no patterns using it.

Hugs,

Nora
