Changes in DMC floss colours

Anyone know the outcome..Just curious..I find it hard with the unavailability of the old colors and not knowing the exact color..sure I can attempt to match the color card..but if you are off..hmm...it would be nice if there was an official chart with substitute DMC colors now and what phased out to make life easier instead of scrambling..I have older kits..so I am in the old DMC zone..so it makes life a little hairy...

I searched the Google posts and at least found the list of flosses that
have been changed:
Some DMC colors changed in late 1994 because of environmental
regulations that impacted the dye process. The main change is one
gray family: 3799, 413, 317, 414, 318, 415, 762. It is a bluer gray
now than it had been. Also two colors from a blue-green family have
been changed: 503 and 504; other members of that family are unchanged.

I still have some of the old skeins, so if you're in need of something,
maybe I can help.
