My new Knit Picks Options circular needle set and what I'm makingwith it by
Samantha Hill
I have been working on this wrap using a 29-inch circular needle, and it
was getting mighty crowded on 29 inches' worth of cable, so I was
looking for a longer circular, and I ended up looking at this Knit Picks
Options needle set. Despite my better judgment, seeing as though I am
basically...

Novelty Yarn Necklace by
Gina Beirne
I am looking for guidance in making a novelty yarn necklace like some I have
seen recently. They look to be multiple strands of eyelash and/or railroad
yarns twisted together. The yarns are inserted into beads at either end, and
they have a clasp like a necklace. They are quite short (choker...

Waving 'Hi' to the regulars here by
[email protected]
I don't see any activity for the month of July here but June seemed
busy with the ladies knitting hats for charity. I knit hats for the
homeless men in SouthWest Pa. mostly. And a few of us are knitting
hats and scarves for our soldiers right now. I have never donated
anything personally but...

Crocheted Unchained Circles Vest by
King's Crown[_3_]
I finished a crocheted vest tonight. I made it for my SIL. My daughter is
my model. My daughter is believe it or not slightly bigger than my SIL. My
SIL is XS and my daughter is S in size. DD has gone to bed hours ago and I
stayed up to watch a movie marathon with DH. So, tomorrow I'll...

Crochet injury by
King's Crown[_3_]
I've done so much crocheting in the past 2 weeks I've hurt my shoulder. How
the heck does one hurt their shoulder while moving their hands. Ahh nothing
a little ice and motrin won't take care of.
I've also started the Bernat Crochet Along. Having a blast on Ravelry
talking with gals across...

I think you were the one that made a moebius? I used to read this group
and think I'm remembering correctly. Anyway I have started crocheting
one but don't know how wide or long it should be. I'm using a "K"
crochet hook and worsted weight yarn so it seems loose enough. I am
doing 25 stitches...

Spinning by

Dear everyone
I have recently taken up spinning. I'm still very excited about this
move, and very pleased to discover that it's not eating into my
knitting/crochet time as much as I thought. I'm just plying my first
ball of yarn now, so will be able to see how I'm doing. I'm using an
