OT Can you figure out this Bizarro game? by
CLP
I can not figure out how they did this, nor can I trick itor stump it. It
works every time! Normally I can figure out how these things are done, but
not this time and it's beginning to irritate me. Anyone?

Story - Twinkie the Kid by
Karen_AZ
I was lucky enough to grow up in the general Philadelphia vicinity.....the
land where all other snack sweets are eclipsed by Tastykakes. Heavenly
stuff! I never liked Twinkies or Devil Dogs, though Funny Bones weren't bad
(peanut butter filling version of Devil Dogs), but they weren't even CLOSE
to...

Hello and a question by
eCaVeMaN
Hello All!
I have been lurking here for a few weeks and just wanted to say "Hi" and ask
a few questions.
I have started making some jewelry and would like to try to sell it on Ebay.
What is the best way to photograph my stuff ? I have seen mentions of
scanning but is there a process to flollow...

Sharing my blue set by
Lisa Caryl
Hi everyone,
I made this set yesterday since I didn't have much time on the 'puter. It's
amazing what one can get done without distractions! Anyhoo, I plan to wear
it on my trip to New Hampshire next month when I visit my friend LN. Lol...I
even planned the length of the necklace to go with the...

Dale Nichols, Wire Work Class? by
Jewitch
A LBS is advertising a Wire Working class with Dale Nichols for this
week-end. The class assumes a knowledge of the basics, but will do a
quick review. The project will be a pendant. The cost is $50 for four
hours.
I confess I am not familiar with Dale Nichols. Can anyone comment?
Thanks,
Jewitch

AD: Figaro Sea Goddess Pendant SS & Crystal by
CrystalLuv
Below is a link to a focal I have been pondering on accenting for the
past month. I finally figured out what to wrap around the waist. The
indented area was intended for wire wrapping. I thought the Figaro
chain would be an alternative to the wire. Please let me know what
you think. Thanks,...

AD: SWS Beads Last Lampwork Auctions by
Juanita Floyd
Good Evening,
I have posted today, the last lampwork auctions I will be doing. There are 3
strands of beads and they may seem high, but this represents what I really need
to get for these items to make this worthwhile. I have decided to stop selling
my lampwork by auction. I will still do special...

Neutral Feedback by
Juanita Floyd
Ohhhh! I'm really ventilated right now. I was just checking my feedback and had
a neutral posting from a recent customer. It made no sense. He said it didn't
look like enough beads as seen in the picture. He bid on 12 beads and I sent
him the 12 beads as seen in the picture. I am at a loss to...

OT Good Luck Alia! by
Kandice Seeber
Alia - good luck with your show tonight - I hope you do really well!
Alia is in the auntbeep.com show tonight with her jewelry. I am biased
because she has used many of the beads she's bought from me to make gorgeous
jewelry for the show.
She also does incredibly pretty seed bead work.
Anyway -...

Lampwork question by
CLP
If any lampworkers or lampwork afficionados could give me your opinions
regarding hard and soft glass, I'd appreciate it. I have read and read,
looked at sites, ingested these posts and I now know that there is a huge
difference between boro glass and soft glass. I know the difference has to
do...

AD: Through a glass pinkly by
Susan Burwash
Finally, back at the torch after several weeks of friends, folk
festivals and other fun. And finally upgrading to Mac OS X - what a
treat that is, don't know why I waited so long to make the switch.
I'm on a pink kick - something quite rare for me, but I've discovered a

OT Newbies. I have been remiss by
Shirley Shone
Over the last few weeks we have had some new people on here.
I have been very remiss in not posting to welcome them from The UK
contingent.
The recent heat wave here in UK certainly affected me so I have not been
in my top form. My crafting skills seem to have deserted me.
However the Antique Fair...
