Sharon
Is there a site that has really good instructions & pictures to show

Corbett v Nicoletti by
Lucille
The Nora Corbett cross stitch fairy in today's 1-2-3 newsletter reminded me
way too much of Lynn Nicoletti's delightful Thimbelina. Thimbelina hangs
proudly on my den wall and she's innovative and clever and lots of fun.
This one looks to me like a rip-off, but not quite. Is there some kind...

Having finally decided that my Rottie, Harley, Cop project has had a
long enough time out, I went back to work on it but came to an abrupt
halt. I can find the working copies of the part of the chart I was
working on (the handlebar & the front wheel) but CAN'T FIND THE

Finally...a finish by
Gillian Murray
Have uploaded my Flamingo on RCTNP. I will take him to the framer this
week. I haven't stitched much recently, so I hope this will jump-start
the lust for needle and thread.

happy dancin' AGAIN!!! by
Susan Hartman[_2_]
I'm on a roll! This makes up for the humongous projects that won't let
me dance for months and months yet...
(Though in the "eating my peas" dept, I'm up to letter N in the second
over-one alphabet. Didn't work on it for days while finishing Mr. Mouse,
so today I happily took out the "peas"...

Favorite place to find stash that is not an LNS by
Cheryl Isaak
Honestly - used book stores are great. I love the "thrill of the hunt" and
I'll look for favorite authors and do "random walks" as well.
Second - the local thrift shop. All the money stays local.

Goodhart Samplers - Mail S.E.X. by
Ellice K.
So, on-topic - yeah! Just had the bell ring, and it was a package from
Thistle Threads with the gorgeous book from Needleprint "The Goodhart
Samplers." For those of us in the Goldwork Class, Tricia arranged a group
purchase, and in 2 minutes I decided that this splurge was a worthy one.
All I...

I was cleaning up my archives the other day and found this. Remember
back - what? - five or six years ago? - Nan was going to start a
Stitchers' Glossary? Well, these are some entries I'd stored away, but
the glossary never happened.

Blog Question by
Janet[_3_]
Currently I'm trying to work on a needlepoint stocking for my niece
(by marriage). She asked me if I would be willing to stitch a
stocking for her and because I love her (even though I really don't
like needlepoint) I said yes. She paid for all the supplies and the
canvass but I really don't...
