OT Cats, beads, & bugs by
KDK
So yesterday morning I woke up to find a bag of Kalera beads in the bed with
me. No the bead fairy hadn't visited - too bad - it was the work of the
cats. Now as I have mentioned before, my cats (and everyone else's eh?)
think everything is either food or a toy for them (or maybe both). ...

Bead Photography Setup - What do you think? by
Tinkster
I just found this on eBay and thought I'd fish around here for some
opinions. For those of you with some photography knowledge, what do
you think of it?

more clay beads by
Carla
Well, instead of playing with the HotPot today, I played with the pasta
machine. The beads I made this afternoon still have to be tumbled and
polished, though.
These are the sets I made the weekend before I went to Wisconsin.
This set was done with gold, green pearl, and purple...

AD: Fullness: Garden Bounty Lampwork by
Susan B.
Here's my latest - my first set of beads since I came back from my
blowing class. Full of greens, blues, and purple. I enjoyed making
these, and even used the small scale version of some techniques I saw
at my blowing class:

I'm so broke I can't afford to look at lampwork, yet they pull me in
anyway. So here's my "Can't-Sleep-and-it's-4AM" surfing list...

a few beady experiments by
Beadbimbo
I've been playing around this week, experimenting some. I wanted to try a
lentil tree. This is big, about 28mm:

Then I wanted to try it melted in, thinking I might like one for a bracelet,
and melted in, it could take a lot of abuse. I did the first one,...

storage chest & beads by
Valerie2
A friend of mine sent me a storage chest that she got from a yard
sale...it was filled with plastic beads, sequins, and a bunch of other
'odds and ends,' including some beads that I can't tell what they're
made of. Some of them are green and others are white with gray lines in
them, kind of like...

A while back, I sent a funky "Dragon Egg" blown bead off to Cheryl so
she could birth a little dragon for it. He arrived in the mail, and I
just had to share it with you! Cheryl, he is SO PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
