Cat hair question by Martha S
Hi, I'm new to clay and this is my first time posting to this group. I doubt there is much I can do because I live in a small apartment so I cannot have a "cat free" zone but if anybody has tips about keeping animal hair out of your work would appreciate it if you could share this. I'm never...

projects---what are YOU working on? by Sarajane Helm
we've all got a bunch, and thats just what we're admitting to...... sometimes they coalesce and come together, particularly when others are involved, like with swaps. Swaps are fun, and a great way to accumulate a collection of objects as well as techniques. The miniature quilt store "Pieces"...

DO YOU HAVE TO USE A KILN? by brat352
I am very interested in starting to learn about poly clay crafts and am wondering if a kiln is absolutely necessary. Would my home oven work as well (it's electric, not gas). -- To enjoy the flavor of life, take big bites. Moderation is for monks!

Newbie Question by Rusty n Red
I'm a bit new to this. I've made some push molds for fridge magnets. I'm looking to antique the finished pieces. I used a water ased ceramic paint (Duncan EZ- coat) that I use to antique ceramic pieces, but it just beaded and wouldn't stick. Any suggestions for a better way to do this? Red

Searching for PC bead article by twinkiesmom
Hello, I saw an article recently that featured a PC bead composed of thin snakes of PC wrapped over cornstarch packing peanuts (which I assume would dissolve in water after baking). I have searched all my magazines in the past few months and can't find it anymore. Please help! Mary

Hello, I use to do a lot of polymer clay projects and swaps about 4 -5 years ago but haven't done anything recently. It's a long story that involves most of my swaps being destroyed or badly damaged. I just lost heart after that. I now have need to make an amber necklace with big chucky amber...
