later today. Right now all DMIL is doing is sleep. If DH has to return to
Boise in the next few days, I will go with him. On the up side, DH has...

5.5 foot table waiting at his place for me to pick up and put to good use as
a sewing/cutting/quilting table! whoohooooooo It replaces a wobbly, good
enough for starting out a new life but not a keeper type table that is...

Quilting week Wednesday by
maryd
I didn't get much done today. I did take 4 quilts and 1 afghan to a drop
point for Project Linus and did some pin basting on a baby quilt that will
also go to Project Linus.

OT (sorta) Inspirations magazine by
Paulette
Since you all are the Keepers of All Knowledge, I thought possibly someone
could help. I have fallen in love with issue #43 of Inspirations magazine.
This is the Australian embroidery magazine. Now, it was $14 at Borders
(which is steep for a magazine, even one as beautiful as this). What...

OT Sorta by
Tamara
I am looking for a drawstring bag pattern for my Ott lamp. I got one so
I could take it to class, mini group or even retreats. It most likely
will live in the bag when not in use since I have a nice floor stand one
for everyday use. I figured someone on here has one they are will to
share or...

Hug quilt by
Joanne Passmore
I'm not sure if this is an appropriate request or if it should go through
the official Hug queen- please forgive if I am stepping out of bounds. My
back yard neighbours are in real distress. They are a sweet couple (late
50s) and we chat across the back yards, share a beer on a hot day, he
designed...

Rubber stamps for piecing (instead of paper) -- where do you buy them? by
\Pussywillow\ Volfie
I'm looking for the stamps that would be for making pineapple blocks or log
cabin blocks, etc. I thought I might try printing the blocks on muslin
instead of using paper but I don't know where to find the blocks. In one
book, written in 1993, a shop called Quilt Arts had them but I can't...

Thanks Everyone by
Shirley Ellen
I just want to thank everyone for the support around my smoking and the
quilt instructor throwing my coat out the door of the shop. The support
means a lot to me.. more than you know.
I don't take long classes there any more. I'm sticking to 2-3 hour classes
because I know I can get through one of...
