Foil Lined Glass Beads with larger holes (where to buy or trade)? by
CrystalLuv
I bought some glass beads several months ago that were foil lined in
several bright colors. These are about the size of a pony bead, and
the holes were larger (like the pony beads). Now I can't find these
anywhere. I have seen some packaging that give you a few of these,
and then a bunch of the...

What to ask for from Italy? by
angela
My sister leaves for Italy on Thursday. She'll be in Rome and, I think,
Florence. Probably other places too. (I guess now is the time I realize how
much I don't listen to my sister when she talks -- shame on me! LOL) Anybody
know of any cool beads that you just can't get anywhere else? I'd love...

Nashville Glass & Bead Stores by
EL
There are several bead shops in the Nashville area. The two I shop at most
often are BeDazzled and the Beaded Bungalow. Lots of seed beads and lots of
other beads in each place. There are other bead stores there, but since I'm
two hours from Nashville and generally only there for business which...

hhhenterprises? by
Jewitch
hello, all
I'm in and out for a few weeks -- School has started (at 40, I'm a
student again!) and with my husband's work schedule and one car . . .
anyway ...
What do we think of hhhenterprises? They had an ad for a beginner's
kit ($25) in Bead Style that I was thinking of buying as a gift....

Sperm bead by
KDK
Ok so in my class I made an "accidental sperm bead". I was using white to
either make dots or was playing with stringer (don't remember) and it went
awry. The result- a sperm bead. I giggled about it to myself - not sure
the others in the class would have truly appreciated it :)
I put it at the...

This was very cool! by
laura
I went out to get lunch this afternoon and when I ordered my sandwich, the
woman behind the deli counter said, "I *love* your earrings!" I said
"Thanks; I made them myself," and took one off and handed it to her to look
at. She asked me a few questions about them, and wanted my card :)
It really...

Kaleidoscopes for Beading (AD) by
Juanita Floyd
Kathy,
Hope you are doing better. I'd love to have 2 of the kaleidoscopes as well.
Hate to make you do this for everyone. I'd get them myself, but a lot of 10 is
ridiculous to have to buy.
Thanks and keep me posted when you have the details. I don't always get to
read the board, so e mail is...

Help! Wire gauge question by
Steve & Susan Wright
Not sure what your are calling a cage. You also didn't say if you were
using round or square wire. If round and making a spiral cage, twist the
wire, two strands together, a very nice look and make the cage. 2 24 give
you around a 20 guage thickness.
