Change of auction handle/ID and Web Site Name by
CrystalLuv
I finally have merged nearly all my photos from my old web site to my
NEW Site. I found out on the internet (doing random searches) that
the former handle/ID I used on eBay was the title of a magazine (no
longer in publication). Since this was a (once publicated magazine
and copryrighted name), I...

New Beads by

LOL! I never thought of that before. Next time my little neighbors are
over we'll try it. They are two year old girls and I absolutely adore them.
Makes me wish my teenagers were their age again.

OT Coypus by
Marisa Cappetta
Mum and I were watching Global Village yesterday and it was about the canals
of France (Britanny I think). Apparently the coypus destroy the banks by
undermining them. I'd never heard of them so I looked them up on Google.
There an aquatic mammal:

OT rant -- Stupid Ex hurt Mercury! by
Dr. Sooz
Mercury got his poor little "ankle" (front paw) injured by my stupid, stupid
ex-husband. It'll take a piece of metal and two screws to put it back together
again -- which means arthritis. And it was so, so stupid! STOO-PID!
He and I've had a zillion dogs together -- we first had pets in 1978. ...

Sympathies to Caren by
Jewitch
Caren,
I just read about the loss of your husband, and I was sorry to hear
the news.
I'll be holding you and your family in consciousness, that you might
find peace during this troubling time, and some consolation in the
memories you have of your time together.

Bead store directory by
Stamperhog
Does anyone know an online directory of bead stores, listed by state?? I'm
out of town and wanting to check for bead stores (forgot my magazines) and the
phone book is not very helpful.
THanks,

new question - pricing by
Deborah
Hi,
I took at look at your bracelet (very pretty!) and saw that you charge
$15.00 for it and it's 8.5". Maybe you could just charge her three times
that price for the necklace, since it's three times the length of the
bracelet.
You might want to charge a bit more if $45.00 doesn't cover your...

OT lyrical tops by

They are gorgeous. Its not Your fault they dont come in voluptious sizes.
More the shame to them, not you.
I see them as stand alone garments. I would want to wear a very simple solid
color garment with most of the beads and finished peices ive ever seen here.
When the garment is fussy the fabric...

Cool Scuptural Bead by
saucy
Okay ladies. Since I'm so new at lampworking I'm stoked because I made my
first real sculptural bead tonight! I purchased the book on Sharon Peter's
works and made the cat head tonight. I'm working on the body in a few
minutes, but I had to come and say it was a blast!
Okay, now the story to...

Thinking by

I was pondering things while on sick leave. I've searched the internet
before for instruction on lampworking, and have yet to find anything
meaningful.
I was hoping to maybe host a site where anyone would like to give
instruction on a certain bead, or give instructions on how to...

Vibes are working! Update on Mom by

Linda, I'm very glad.
I've read several studies lately that show that far more can be re-routed in
the brain than was previously thought possible AND its been proven that new
neural pathways CAN be grown. It takes work, but damage can be lessened.
Encourage her to do all the physical therapy...

Lesson for the day... by
Lee S. Billings
.... is, DO NOT try to sell finished jewelry at an event geared primarily toward
other jewelry makers!
The Houston Bead society has an annual Mini Bazaar, for which a table costs
$15. But it's not a public event, and most of the vendors were selling raw
materials, and that's what people were...
