Lots of stash! by
Cheryl Isaak
Yesterday, I bought myself a gift - page a day calendar that is also a cross
stitch pattern a day! And it was 50% at Barnes and Noble!
Even if there are only a few keepers in this, I have stash to share!

Delurking and going to Dallas! by
debbie frost
Hi,
I just wanted to introduce myself. I've been away from RCTN for a few
years, but I'm finding time to get back here now occasionally as I've
started stitching again. I enjoy cross stitching, and I've done some
knitting and crocheting, but not for awhile due to time and other...

DMC Christmas postal stamp kits by
Linda Wright
In late December, I found one of the DMC postage stamp kits - the
house one. My husband likes it so much he wants me to get the others
to do a series as a decoration for Christmas. Of course, all the
local shops are out of it. Anyone know of an online source for DMC
kits?
TIA!

OK, I did not *need* the chart set for the Marbek Nativity, but I
ordered it anyway :-). Not that I anticipate even starting that
project any time in the next few years..... :-)

Fatty lipomas--thank you all soooo much!! by
Thistle 62
Just wanted to write and thank all of you who responded to my note. I
understand now that these things are very common and I have dried my eyes and
put myself into a better mindframe. I lost my dad to cancer several years ago
and I am afraid that any talk of "lumps and bumps" just makes my heart...

Old charts looking for new homes by
gwynedd
Hi, everyone,
I'm normally a lurker on this newsgroup, but I thought I would step forward
with an offer to anyone who is interested. I've got quite a few old
leaflets and not-so-old leaflets (from mid-80s to late nineties, early
2000's) that I no longer want. I've made a list of them all and I...

Not enough fabric! by
Faren
Somehow, don't ask me how, I miscaluated my fabric for Fairy Grandmother by
MLI. I will only have an inch of fabric at the top, and most likely only an
inch at the bottom. Can I make that work somehow, someway?
I have heard of sewing more fabric to the edges, but have never done it
before, as...

Hardanger pattern search by
Dannielle Beitzell
Ok, I have been looking for books everywhere I can think of. Here's what I
want....simple Hardanger Christmas ornament patterns, preferably the kind
that turn into those tiny little pillows. I made about 1/2 a dozen or so
this past Christmas, but I want something different than the same...
