Reclaiming clay - with or without lumps? by
Bubbles

different types in 3 different buckets. Seems I got the water/clay ratio a
bit wrong in one or two, but evaporation (or adding a bit more water) should
fix that, right?
My "problem"...

can look to learn about opening my own studio. Are there any websites that
may assist me? I want to have a couple electric kilns, a gas kiln and maybe
10 wheels or so. I also have to find the right facility to house...

I have had this happen now to at least 4 pieces in the last couple of months
and I have never had it happen to me before (in a few decades). Has anyone
ever had cracks on the inside of a pot on the bottom? Someone asked if I
had let water accumulate in the bottom and that could have happened to...

Crafters Needed by
Kevin Sawyer, General Manager
We are hand-picking American crafters (USA only please) who are willing and
able to produce and ship their quality crafts in the USA. We are *not*
looking for mass-production factories that crank out useless trinkets and
widgets. If so, we'd just import from China and Taiwan. Instead we...

What's a pugmill ? by
Roger
Always wanted to get involved in this,
get a wheel, and a kiln.
But what's a pugmill ? Some type of clay blender?
I had presumed one could buy clay "ready-mixed" ?
Any/all info greatly appreciated -rj
