I need a warm shoulder by Lucille
I'm finally feeling better and recovering from bronchial pneumonia so I decided that I would give my car a break and go to the market for a few small items. Well, guess what--I have the deadest battery in this town and it's too late to get a new one today, and I have a prior appointment...

BushBaby is now talking about sending humans to Mars. (Hmmmm, NASA headquarters is in Texas, he's from Texas...) Depending on the speed they're able to achieve, the trip could take 1-3 years each way. How many of you would volunteer as astronauts if it meant 6 years of uninterrupted stitching...

A Test: Political & Social Compass by Dianne Lewandowski
A few months back, someone posted a site with a test to see where you were at on the political scale: right or left. The following site does this a little better, has some interesting statements to make about social and economic "visions", past and current global leaders and where they are in the...

I'm now at liberty to dish! by Bonnie
I've never met Ginger personally but have shopped there when in Austin. When I lived in Pampa we did not have an LNS. We have a fairly good LNS here in San Angelo so I really don't have to rely on her now. Sorry for your problems with her! -- Bonnie WIPs: EGA's English Band Sampler...
