So, what's everyone working on? by
NDJoan
I'm still on my nativity set. I just finished the last shepherd and
have started on one of the wisemen. Three wisemen and 2 camels to
go!
I'd really like to get the pieces I have stuffed and finished so I can
display them this Christmas.

Stitchers in Georgia? by
Angbug
Just wondering if there are any fellow stitchers in Georgia. I thought it
would really be cool if some of us could get together and stitch and talk
and get to know each other and share stitching ideas. maybe in the next few
months one Saturday or something. Anyone got any ideas on this?

Got it !!!!! by
Judy Rigby
OK. This is definitively it. "Flower Power" is being worked on the 32ct
Belfast linen. Idea of floor frame abandoned in favour of doing it
piece by piece on the hoop. Fabric's the right size, a line of
tacking's been run east-west & north-south. Thereby locating centre. AND
close enough to the...

OT - volunteering by
anne
Tennessee, my adopted state, is known for its citizenry volunteering. Following
in that tradition, I hereby volunteer to taste test Nanaimos or to wear socks
and sweaters if anyone feels the urge to knit or crochet.

Rainbow Bridge by
linda f.
Can anyone tell me if there is crossstitch chart for "The Rainbow Bridge"?
Looked at Hoffman, but nothing there. I seem to remember a year ago (or so)
someone mentioned one on this group.
Thanks!

Parents 50th Wedding Anniversary by
Katherine H
Hi everyone,
I haven't been stitching much in the past two years and so I've lost
touch with reading this group and knowing what's new in needlework.
Though I do have plenty of stash on hand just aching to be played with
again and I'm feeling the itch myself to get back into it.
My parents 50th...

Bruce treadle sewing machine info request by
Mamie K. Anding
Hi. I read this group years ago, and then lost access.
I have a friend online whose mother is needing information on a brand of
treadle sewing machine we've never heard of. It's a Bruce. We've tried
Google and Dogpile, but nothing comes up. So, I thought someone in this
group might know about...

ON Topic...Sorta by
Maureen Miller
Here's a question for anyone to answer....I am seriously considering
starting up an on-line needlepoint shop until such time as I can open a
brick and mortar shop. But say Pat in G.B. and Elizabeth in Mass. are
producing charts that I want to sell through my shop. Does anyone know I
go about this?...

Yeah, 2 items finished by
The Lady Gardener
And, in time for the course with CA Wells this weekend.
http://myembroidery.bigblog.com.au/gallery.do
The pics are of rather average quality, as the light was fading while I was
getting the photos. When I have finished items - a pyramid etui and a
needlebook - I will put some pics of them up...
